Movies with mom.

Slade's school every year has movies with mom. It is just so much fun and it is a time for me and just Slade to be together. This year they showed "Home". It is a cartoon about a little alien and a little girl that are both trying to go home. They serve snacks and drinks show a slide show of the kids before the movie. It is so much fun! Brant does not like us going to Movies with Mom and wanted me to erase all the pictures of me and Slade from there. He told me that he "hates" those pictures and they make him sad. He is such a ham.

I'm a baker man!

Brant thinks he is so cute and will ask to be dressed up as a baker man. He just puts Mere's dish towels around his stomach and head. Then he will accessorize with spoons, spatulas, and whatever he can find in the kitchen.

Pitcher!!!

Slade's coach called and asked Billy if Slade would want to pitch at the next game. He was so excited, but you could tell he was sooo nervous. He did not strike anyone out, but he made a few people swing and did not walk too many people. I was so proud of him, but I was a nervous wreck!!!!

Walrus game

The boys made up a game called "walrus". It is a combination of baseball and riding toys. They are so cute!

Such a big boy!

Slade makes my heart melt all the time. He is growing up so fast and it breaks my heart. This year at school he wanted to get his flu shot. The school gives them and he did not need methere for him. He got it and was so brave. My heart is so full, but he is growing so fast. He even did not want me to put this picture on the blog. 

Grandparent's Day

Slade had Grandparent's day at school this past week. Poppy has never been able to come because he has had to work. This year he retired and was able to attend. Slade was so happy. They had coffee and cinnamon rolls.

Pre K take 2!

Brant started pre-K this week. He loves it, because all of his friends are in his class. He was so funny, he came home from school and said that he hung around with Luke, Jackson, Blaine and Jake. He told me everyone else was just a three year old. He is having such a good year. His teachers are Ms. Andrea and Miss Christina. He actually wants to go to school.
