Go Angels!

Slade is on the Angels this season.  We are so happy, because 3 of his good friends are on his team.  It has been a fun season so far.  When we first started going to practice, the coach put Slade at 1st.  We were so nervous, but he has been doing great!!  We could not be more proud.  During one game he caught TWO pop flys!!!  He has also been hitting so much better.  It might be because Billy is pitching and he is relaxed.  I am so proud of Slade and all he has accomplished!!

Brant had his friend Blaine over this week, and they had a blast!!!  They locked me out of the game room and all I could hear was loud music and giggles.  I made them open the door and show me what they were doing.  It was the cutest thing! They were playing wrestling, but then dancing too.  I had to get a picture!

Brant never sleeps in his room, so we decided to create a game room. The boys now have a TV and xbox in there, as well as a futon.  They just love it and will say, "let's go to the game room." They are so cute!!!  They love to sleep in there together, well Brant tries.  The two time he has, he has been in our bed around 3. Then, Slade is next. Cayden spent the night the other day and they slept in there, and Slade said that Cayden stole all the covers.

Snow days!!

We have had quite a few snow days the past two weeks. It is almost gotten ridiculous because we can't even go outside and play it's so cold. One of the days it was just solid ice outside. The boys did love to play outside but they will get cold and come running back in. We had tons of hot chocolate and marshmallows and then we plugged in the heating pad and we would sit on the couch and warm up. Billy even broke down and made us a fire. He hates to have fires but it was so cold we needed one.

Lets go Rangers!!!

Brant is on the Rangers, and he plays 2nd base!!!  It is quite comical, because he can hit the ball really well, but he is like his brother in the fact he can't run fast to 1st.  He also is so cute, because instead of watching the ball being thrown in from the outfield, he acts like he has the ball and will tag the runner.  One day he even told me and Billy that he was going to trip the people running from 1st to 2nd. Oh man... We had to explain that he could not do that.

The last game he had he hit a home run!!!  He was so excited!!!

Happy Birthday Slade!

This year we did birthdays a little different.  Slade had a couple of friends come over and play. It was so much fun.  He invited Brady, Ryan, Austin, and Kyle.  We had a cake, and then we went up to the coach house and played football, jumped on the pylons, and even played on the pole vaulting pit. My mom made the cake, and the boys put wrestlers on it.  It was a great day!
