Grandparent's Day

Slade had Grandparent's day at school this past week. Poppy has never been able to come because he has had to work. This year he retired and was able to attend. Slade was so happy. They had coffee and cinnamon rolls.

Pre K take 2!

Brant started pre-K this week. He loves it, because all of his friends are in his class. He was so funny, he came home from school and said that he hung around with Luke, Jackson, Blaine and Jake. He told me everyone else was just a three year old. He is having such a good year. His teachers are Ms. Andrea and Miss Christina. He actually wants to go to school.

Homecoming Parade 2015

We love our little town. Every year there is a homecoming parade and pep rally. The parse is so fun for the boys. They love to see the floats and get lots of candy. This year we ended up sitting by Slade's coach pitch coach. His son, Gavin, and Slade get along very well. We took Caroline our niece and the boys just love her. We stayed for a little of the pep rally, but then headed home. It was a fun time.

Football all the time

All Brant wants to do is play football. He is actually a really good punter and he loves to play "Hail Mary" where he has to go for the winning catch. He is so cute, we were seeing how many good punts he could make in a row and if he accidently made one bad, he would quickly say "pause" so that it would not count.

Happy Birthday Cayden

It was Cayden's birthday party this weekend at Flight Deck. The boys love to go there and play dodge ball. Brant always ends up cheating and somehow is always one of the lasts ones left. Slade is very cautious when it comes to dodge ball. He will wait in the back until most people are out, and then he will make his move. They are so cute! Brant ended up at the party with one purple sock on. We asked him time and time again to put on the other one, but he didn't.
