Riding his bike!

Brant wanted to learn how to ride his bike without training wheels. He almost has it, and he can ride for about 2 feet. He is so cute because he can ride for a little bit and then he'll put his foot down as soon as he's about to fall.

New Believer's Class

Slade accepted Jesus into his heart this summer adventure week! We could not be more excited. He went to a New Believers class this past week at church to get him ready to be baptized. He has a little book that he works through and he has  learned the ABC's of being a Christian.
He truly loves the Lord and wants to be a good Christian.

Flag Football

Slade has started flag football this winter. He is on a team with a few of his friends. He plays center. We won the first game and lost the second At practice they do tons of drills. Slade loves it.

Brant at the football game

This past football game, Brant had a hay day acting like he was holding the O flag during the kick off. He would run back and forth along the stands with his hand raised. Then, his friends joined him and we had 5 kids running along the bleachers.

Cleveland Browns

Brant wants to be Johnny Manizel for Halloween. But we told him he couldn't be an Aggie he could only be a Cleveland Brown.

He is so excited. But when the uniform came in he just looked at the back of the box and wanted to be 1 million other teams.

Halloween decorations

Today we got down the Halloween decorations. The boys love to decorate for Halloween. Slade asked me if it was more fun to get candy by trick-or-treating or to be at home passing out the candy. He said he thinks it would be so fun to pass out candy. He is such an old soul.

Brant can write his name!

We were playing with sidewalk chalk and Brant decided to show me he could write his name. He drew a B and then wrote the rest of his name. I was so excited. He told me that his r looked like a seven. Then I was talking to his teacher at church and she said it was so funny because he would his friend, Juliette to write his name for him every time. But, she always wrote his r with a capital R and he did not like that. I can't believe that he is already getting girls to do stuff for him...
