Happy St. Patrick's Day!!

When I was little my mom used to make us green milk on St. Patrick's Day. I did it for the boys this year and they loved it.

2 GUMMES!

 Brant has been looking forward to his birthday for the presents and cake, but he is mostly excited about getting to take two vitamin gummies! The bottle says one gummy for kids age 2 to 3 and two for kids 4 and up.  He has been anxiously awaiting this day for two years now. If someone told him happy birthday his response would be not thank you, but, "I now get 2 gummies!" So funny!

Today Brant and Slade were playing on Billy's phone. He has a bible app for them that goes through the bible. I was listening to them and Brant told Slade that he did not like the naked part with Adam and Eve... We cracked up.

Candy cake!

To celebrate Savannah, Nate, Slade, and Brant's birthdays, we had a small party at my parents house. Slade requested a candy cake that was pure heaven!!! It was a chocolate cake with chocolate icing, kit kats around the edges, and M and M's on top.  It was delicious! 

Happy Birthday Brant!

Today is Brant's birthday and he is four years old! He loves football, Honkball, and Power Rangers. He names everything Super, Awesome, tackler Aledo Bearcat. He is still a Mama's boy and continues to talk in baby talk. It drives Billy crazy...For his birthday we went to Chuck E Cheese.  We picked up his two good friends Zane and Marysa. It was such a fun day. When we got there we were the only people there and had the place to ourselves. Chuck E came out a d did a dance with them. Maysa did  not really know what to think of it, but Zane and Brant loved it. 

Rodeo Day

Slade had rodeo day at school. They had hot dogs and beans and cookies around the campfire. A real cowboy even came and talk to them. I got to volunteer in his classroom. I was in charge of the stick-horse barrel races. It was a fun way to spend the morning.

The Puke Brothers

Last night, both boys woke up around 2 AM and started puking. The boys were   sleeping with us because Billy's mom is in town and she was sleeping in Slade's bed.  First Slade sat up in bed and then puked all over Billy. While we were stripping the bed and changing the sheets, Brant was telling us his stomach hurt. we thought he was just piggy backing on Slade's mess, but once we were all back in bed, Brant sat up and puked all over Billy. Poor Billy was just getting showered with puke. We had to change the sheets again and the boys and I ended up sleeping on the floor by the bathroom so they could get up and puke. It was just plain awful. They had puked so much they did not even have anything left.  We were joking throughout the night every time they would get up. We called them the puke brothers.  They finally can get down a few ice chips.
