It's going to be EPIC!

Brant and Slade are so funny. They love to play at the indoor with all of these workout mats. We were up there today and Brant got the little tackling mat and told Slade to bring it over to the stack ofats because he was going to do something epic! 

2nd Grade It's a jungle out there!

Slade had a second grade play where he was a cheetah. He danced to a song called party animals. He was so cute, but he did not want to have his face painted. He is never been one to like tattoos or face painting. Billy was supposed to have a track meet that night, but it rained so much it was cancelled and he was able to go. Slade was so excited he got to come. 

Cowtown 2016

Slade and I ran the Cowtown this year. We did it two years ago, and he was ready to do it again.  He did great!! I was so proud of him. He did not stop the whole time. He ran the 5k in 36 minutes! We did have a mess parking though. We had to park way far away and I ended up tapping the bumper of the car in front of us to squeeze in the parking place. Thank goodness no one was in it. Next year Brant and daddy will run with us. 

Drivin the bus!

Billy got asked to drive the bus for our church's DNOW. The boys were so excited. He drove the bus to the soccer field so the kids could play Tiger Ball. Of course, Slade and Brant played too! Tiger ball is a game that incorporates soccer and football. Brant was actually the goalie for his team!

Swimming!!!!

The boys decided it would be a good day to try to go swimming. It was so cold! I could barely stick my feet in, but they jumped in about 20 times. They loved it. 

Fox Pointe House #2

We are building a house! We are so excited! It is the same house that we built in Weatherford, but we are changing up a bit. Today they put the windows in and Friday they are staining the floor. The boys are so excited because it is in a fun neighborhood that has many of their friends in it. 

Chocolate chips cookies

We made chocolate chip cookies tonight and the boys ate them up! Brant was so funny, he had 1 cookie then tried to get 2 more. I told him only one more and he put the cookies down and started to count the chocolate chips in each one.
