Boys will be boys.

When I was giving the boys a bath this evening, I slipped out of the room for a second. I walked back in and  all I saw were butt cheeks! They are so silly. Now brant wants to do it all the time!

I came into the kitchen one day, and found that this. Who do you think stole the cookie? Well none other than Brant!

Flu shots

We got our flu shots today. We have given each other pretend shots for the past two days. Slade asked me, "Why do my eyes water when I get nervous?" He was so brave!! Last year we got the cold spray before the shot, and now that is what they want before a shot. It really took away the sting.  This year,Slade  volunteered to go first. He started to scream, and I had to hold his arm.  Brant was next, after Slade screamed he was not ready to have a shot. But he took it like a champ. I held his arms down and she gave him a shot and he didn't even cry.

Brant tells me he has a face for everything. He has a face for pooping, peeing, and his football face. He is so funny.

Homecoming 2013

We went to the homecoming parade. The boys loved catching candy. We brought along their favorite cousin, Caroline. They had as much candy!  They loved to see all the floats. Brant had a whistle that he would blow at the floats. Billy would tell him to blow it to get candy.

Cayden's 7th birthday!

For Cayden's 7th birthday we went to the Ranger game.  It was the boys first time to ever go to the Rangers stadium. Slade and Slade and Brant were so excited. Since it was Cayden's birthday we actually got to sit in a suite. It was so cool, there was popcorn, cookies, cake, peanuts and soft drinks! The boys were in heaven. One of the players hit a homerun, and there were fireworks and loud music playing. It was a neat experience for them.

Fall ball!!!

We have started fall ball!!! Slade and Brant had their first games this past weekend. Brant LOVES it. All he talks about is when practice is and what team he is playing. Slade did awesome too!  He plays pitcher and when he got up to bat, once he hit a line drive to 3rd, and the next time he hit it over the pitcher to the short stop, but got thrown out at first. It was really close though.
