Easter Party Fun!

I was running on the treadmill and our crazy cat "Link" got on top of the garage door!! The picture is fuzzy because I was running! He is such a crazy cat!

The boys love to hide out in our closet. Brant had just crawled out of the clothes and Slade is still under them smiling!!

We let Brant take off his diaper and play naked!! So stinkin cute!!

Easter Party at the Ray's!!! We have gone to their annual Easter party for 3 years.

They always have silly string and confetti eggs at the end. Slade and Coy were having a ball!!!

They also have a pinata! Slade got so much candy!

They had a bunch of little toys all around. He liked to ride them all.

Haircuts, puzzles, and pukey OH MY!

Slade got a BUZZ cut!! He really likes it even though the picture does not look like it. Billy decided that since we have 2 boys and him, I should learn to start cutting hair. Well.. this is the result. He looks really cute, but it is a shocker when someone has not seen him.

Slade's hair is super straight like mine, but Brants is SUPER Curly like Billys!! All you have to do is get it wet and scrunch it and it will curl!!!

Slade went to Toy Story 3 on ice. He enjoyed it, but fell asleep half way through. He also really wanted to see the garbage truck, but it was not in the show. This is the toy that he got at the show.

Slade brought a puzzle over to grandma's house and they worked it together. I think they worked it 6 times. They would put it together and then he would say, "let's do it again." She is such a good sport, she would just put it back together again and again.

Slade and Brant like to turn things over and play in them. :)

Brant got the stomach bug on Tuesday night. He barfed all over my mom's couch. He is playing in this picture, but he would play and then go around and lay his head down like he wanted to go to sleep.

I think Slade looks like Billy in this picture. He was mad that I asked him to do 'guns up.'

Happy!!! He is such a cutie! Look at Brant climbing in the swing. He loves to climb. When Slade puked at my mom's house. She said, "Let's just put him in the trash Slade." And he responded, "No Mere, God gave him to us, we cant' throw him away!" Then he told me, "Bless his heart."

Growing up!

Slade has discovered PUZZLES! He loves them. Billy got him his first puzzle (of course) Sponge Bob and it had 28 pieces! They worked through it together for a few times, and then Slade fiqured it out all by himself! He said he can't wait to take it to Grandmas!

We have thrown away the baby bath tub. Brant is now able to sit up and not tump over in the bath tub. They like to take baths together. Slade usually ends up pouring water on Brant's head. Brant does not like that part. We tried giving Brant a shower, but he did not like it at all!

The other day it was really hot! I let Slade and Brant play with the water hose. Brant was trying to get a drink like Slade did, but the water would just drown him!! Slade also got in trouble this week for the first time at Ms. Brennas. He pushed Brant off the chair in the kitchen. Ms. Brenna said that he instantly knew what he had done, but he did it. He had to go to time out there and then once again at home. When we were saying prayers he said that he was sorry for pushing his brother because he loves him so much. :)

Birthday Time and Spring Break

HAPPY BIRTHDAY TO MY BABIES!!! Slade turned 4 and Brant 1! I can't believe how much time has flown by! We just had a family birthday party. It was really fun! Slade had to have a Sponge Bob Birthday cake! Ty and Caroline are posing with him.

Brant just had a little cake for himself. He gobbled it up! He loves sweets also. Slade in his new Cowboy hat!Brant in his new hat, talking on the phone, on his winnie the pooh bike thingy..

TRAMPOLINE TIME! Billy's mom bought us a trampoline, and Slade is sooo excited!!!! Here are a few pictures of us setting it up and playing.

Finally the net is on and it is kinda like Slade's little club house!! Brant will eating anything and everything. He was so funny because he was trying to crawl up the slide holding his bisquit. He would NOT for any reason let go of it!!

We hung curtains over the break. Brant just wanted to help, bless his heart! He would just sit there and try try try to get on the chair. Brant eating black beans!!! Who would of ever thought! Brant wanted to climb up on the bed so badly to play!

Caroline spent the night with us the first night of Spring Break. They were being very silly and climbing all over Billy.

I took the boys to McDonalds during the week. Slade loves the slides! Brant would just watch and laugh. Slade would come to the side where he could look out and say, "Hey Brant!" Brant would just laught and laugh!

Slade finally got up the nerve to go down the green slide. He said it was "Super Fast"

Baby Brant Smiling! He is such a happy boy! The doctor said he had such a good personality. He called him a, "one person party!"

Slade and Caroline thought it would be fun to go swimming at Meres in the beginning of Spring Break. It was really cold! Slade would not go passed his knees. Caroline got in all the way!

Brant likes crossfit also. He will try his hardest to pick up a bar, but of course it is too heavy. But, he has managed to pick up this wrapping paper pole.

One walks, one can't!!!

We have a walker!!!! Brant took his first steps on Friday, February 25th. We were at Crossfit and he just walked to a medicine ball!!! He loves the medicine balls there. He also thinks he runs the place. He will dance and just crawl around. Slade thinks it is soooo cute. He will say, "Mommy, Brant is walking!!" I feel so blessed. Well, Slade has hurt his knee. It is the one on the right. I don't know how he did it, but he woke up Monday morning and could not walk. I felt horrible, because I made him try to walk. He kept on telling me that he fell off the slide at the park. But, the weird thing is we came home Sunday night and he jumped on the trampoline and rode his 4 wheeler. We think that it must of started to swell over night. When I picked him up from Ms. Brennas, he got big tears in his eyes. He was just in so much pain.

Billy took off work and took him to Cooks. He wanted to ride in the wheel chair, so they gave him a ride. Here he is acting so sad on the couch. He asked me, "Mommy, will I ever walk again?" It broke my heart.
Slade got a cobra snake at Abigaile's birthday party at Chucky Cheese. He thought it was really funny and stuck it in his brace.
